Private Queen Rooms

Rosehead Retreat is on the south shore of Nova Scotia, 20 minutes from Lunenburg.

Each private queen bedroom includes fresh linens, shower and sink. Each house has shared bathroom, washer/dryer, kitchen, and living/dining space

Gathering Space

Communal central space has floor to ceiling accordion glass doors overlooking the patio and ocean for gathering; daily yoga, guided meditation & meals.

Sauna and outdoor shower over looking the ocean, with ocean access.

Meet Catherine

Catherine is a Health Scientist (BHSc) and Meditation Teacher who has been teaching yoga for 20 years. Catherine will guide you for 5 days of yoga and meditation, nourishing foods and elixirs, deep rest and realignment, and local Maritime treats
